Received defective items twice from Amazon
The first machine arrived with its box torn despite the shipping box arriving in perfect condition. Both the first and second Nespresso U machines arrived missing the Smart Start guides and 16 capsules that should have been included. The replacement Nespresso U arrived appearing in new condition, but was once again missing items that are supposed to be included. I would not recommend buying this at Amazon. Buy it somewhere in person so that you can verify that all the expected components are included.

Works as Expected
Have demo-ed a number of Nespresso makers at local stores. For making espresso, didn't really seem to make a difference. The price was right on this one, no need for a more expensive one. Works great, couldn't be more pleased with purchase.
